Shipping Rates & Methods
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout using real-time carrier rates. Customers are responsible for selecting their preferred shipping method and reviewing all costs and estimated delivery times prior to completing checkout.

Domestic Shipping
We ship throughout the United States using major carriers. Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.

American Prime Mfg. Inc. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping & Handling

We ship all orders from our facility in Santa Fe Springs, California. Rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order and your delivery zone.

Heavy & Oversize Items (Freight)

Items or combined orders exceeding 100 lbs require specialized freight handling to ensure safe delivery.

  • The Process: If your order exceeds 100 lbs, you will see "Freight – final cost invoiced after order" at checkout. The shipping cost will be calculated at $0.00 during your initial purchase.
  • The Quote: After your order is placed, our team will source the most competitive freight rate from our carriers based on your specific delivery location.
  • The Invoice: We will send a separate shipping invoice to your email. Your order will be held and processed once this shipping invoice is paid in full.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to many destinations.

Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for all items pass to the customer once the shipment is transferred to the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. American Prime Mfg. Inc. is not responsible for shipments delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery or the expected delivery date. Retain all packaging materials until the issue is resolved.

We will assist with carrier claims when applicable; resolution timelines are determined by the carrier.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is collected where required by law based on the shipping destination. Orders shipped to California will include applicable state and local sales taxes.
